Don’t be this person 👇🏻

I hear so many people talking about buying property and never taking action. If you want to own real estate, find a way to enter the market, commit, create a solution and make it happen.

I believe that everyone should have real estate as a major part of their investment portfolio (and trust me I could go on about this for days) Where I see people go wrong is trying to get it perfect…. Buy the perfect property, wait for the perfect time and so on.

However, if strongly believe that it’s not for you, then don’t buy and be ok with that. But if you want to get involved find a way to make it happen.

AED 12M deal CLOSED… X2!! 🚀🎉

This one seemed almost impossible - two properties next to each other, specific square footage, and very specific requirements.

But with the right team, “unlikely” became DONE !!! 2 x 12M AED transactions. Completed ✅

Another big win for The Network.

1st Place for Quarter 3 🏆

Thankful as always. 🙏🏼

This one was all to do with building long term relationships, patience and the importance of having a strong pipeline.

Summer is always tough in real estate, but Dubai will always be the land of opportunity if you take it.
