Community, connection and inspiration for the next generation ✨

Magic Round started for me last night as we brought together 50 local junior rugby league girls, their families, some other fans and some NRLW Superstars at @bunkrgym in the heart of Wagga Wagga.

Regional footy is the heart of our game and our girls at every level are the brightest lights guiding our future path.

So many people and brands helped me pull this idea together in just over two weeks! I will be thanking them all individually with most posts in the coming days but for now - @tianapenitani , @quincy_dodd , @graciekemp_ , @maimataufa and @sophieholyman thank you SO much for giving up your time!

@greggydillon thank you for giving us the space and the people to bring together!!

And I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity of:
@noso_skin
@newbalance
@eltee.sydney
@goannaacademy
@leagueahead and Sheridan for helping me keep my head on as we kicked off!!
@pita_visuals for shooting everything so immaculately!!
@grilldburgers for the dinner!
And ofcourse @nrlw / @nrl for the tix for our attendees!!

Love the girls, love regional communities and I guess more @marleeandmepod events to come!! by @marleeandmepod

I have been experimenting with IG trial reels & reached the exact audience I planned to with a chat about NRLW going full time 🫣 thinking a lot about how we dismantle zero sum thinking? Any thoughts?!

✨ NRLW NIBBLE EP10 RD10 ✨

Second last round of the regular season served up plenty of points, some concerning injury news, another field goal thriller and simply TOO MUCH for me to wrap up in 60sec 😭 my first fail against the clock ⏰

Hope you can forgive me and more importantly, that you’re tuning in to every game of NRLW footy live and free on Nine and @9now 📺 by @marleeandmepod

“When people ask me, what I’m proud of the most, is just the change in the way I saw myself.”

@sayasakakibara has been on a personal journey that is inspirational for both aspiring athletes and anyone who has ever doubted themselves.

Learning to not be too hard on herself and finding confidence in the lead up to her win at the Paris Olympics - she asks the question, would it have even mattered if she walked away with the gold or not, because of the greater reward of finding self love on the way.

The full chat is now live anywhere you get your podcasts on @marleeandmepod 🤍 thank you Saya for sharing so much wisdom! ✨ by @marleeandmepod
