After two months of being open, I wanted to officially introduce the instaworld to @nomadicwellnesstlv; the business baby of me and @seansade. Bringing Nomadic Wellness from an idea to a reality has been a roller coaster filled with emotions, but we are committed to building a community around approachable wellness; whether it’s a normal part of your daily routine, or you just need a quick recovery after a typical Tel Aviv weekend. I can write about all the wellness jargon dealing with detoxification and inflammation etc etc…but on a deeper level, I also want to acknowledge what this space has developed into for us and our customers. In a year filled with profound amounts of pain and grief, I think we can all agree that we live in a new confusing and uncertain reality, where moment by moment things are drastically changing. For us, providing this healing space and facilitating connection has been an anchor in staying present and hopeful in trying to navigate this new existence. We genuinely believe that by focusing on helping to heal others, we can also heal ourselves. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this path to where we are today. Taking a risk to opening a business during these times has been both a challenge and a leap of faith- knowing that there is a limit to how much we can control, but continuing to show up every day to do our best, just like the rest of you. Because we are all in this chaos together. With that, I welcome you to @nomadicwellnesstlv. Stop by, say hi, and torture yourself in the cold plunge, you’ll feel great after🧡 by @marleelee

Just finished my 3rd motorbike loop in SE Asia 🏍️Loops are my new addiction this year😍Mae Hong Son Loop:•5 days •600 km•18 hours of driving•And a seriously intense Thailand heatwave Thankful that @elila_ was with me because I can’t imagine laughing so much or being so feral with anyone else.
