Show day dumpy 🔥🥜🤗✨👑💖🍪

3 years away from the stage and it felt like home and like I never left🥹. Despite a few bumps, I can’t be mad with a second place finish.

I’m so incredibly grateful for my support system, the people who came to cheer me on day of, and every single other person who continuously checked in on me, showed me love, support and hype through this journey. Even when I wanted to drop out 4 weeks out lol. Through every big brain dead days, every early morning cardio sessions, every rant session, endless egg whites, Dutch bros cold brew, Sprite Zero and the hard resting b face, I made it lol. And the biggest shout out to my FIANCÉ 🤗 for his endless patience, love and dealing with my mood swings day in day out and being my personal dishwasher🥲 ILYSMBB 💖 Ya’ll are real ones lol.

Between this prep and my last, I felt like I wasn’t hiding behind a mask, avoiding my feelings, hating the gym, and food this time around, 2022 prep Marisa just needed a hug lol. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not all sunshine and easy, if anything this prep taught me to trust my instincts, fuck the negative, and chill tf out. I’ve never been more excited to become bigger and better, get back to training, and enjoy life. It’s only going up from here and the job is definitely not finished. Now let’s go move some real weight, eat and grow some (m)ass 🤭😈😎

4 years with you and forever to go 🤭🩵 around this time 4 years ago, this guy bought a plane ticket to come visit me to see if anything could happen or work between us, and I’m so happy I followed my heart. Words can’t explain how lucky I am to have someone like you in my life Cameron. Every ounce of love and effort you provide doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated, simply put, you are the best thing in my life. I love living life with my best friend and couldn’t imagine it any other way. I love you sm bb 🥰 by @marmae_fit
