Let’s start now.

You have the power to change your self talk, actions & the way you feel inside and out.

One of the things I forgot when I was in my self discovery journey, and not feeling so hopeful was that…

I was still in control of changing the narrative.

I still had the pen, and I could change the way the next chapter played out.

I forgot, not only that I had the pen, but I was fully capable, the becoming the person I I am visioned since I was a little girl.

I think you just forgot that you still have the pen in your life and you can still change the narrative for this coming chapter.

Actually screw the next chapter.. the next sentence!!

when I first talk to my clients on the phone, I remind them that their vision is not that far away, but they feel far away from it because they don’t envision who her FUTURE SELF IS.

When we aren’t envisioning our future self daily, we start to feel very distant from her.

Therefore, that’s when we start to lean into a lot of self doubt and limiting beliefs.

& then that’s what our mindset revolves around, rather than who she is, how you can body her today!

Let’s START changing the narrative NOW!

Let’s embody HER!✨🤭

This habit that you have created is not getting you closer to your physique goals 🤷🏼‍♀️🫡

you are alone, though, because I used to do the same exact thing in my fitness journey.

I used to sit and walk or run until I burned all the calories that I ate that day.

My goal going into the gym, was always about burning, burning, burning!

There’s so much more that goes into achieving results in the gym like losing weight or building muscle!

Each one of my clients work on shifting from this mindset to the new staples. I am about to share right here!
👉🏼Shift from processed foods to Whole Foods!
👉🏼Start tracking how much protein, carbs and fats you are getting in a day weekly! This see if you need to be adding more food a specific macronutrient!
👉🏼If you are just doing cardio or HIIT style workouts and your goal is to lose weight or build muscle. You will need to limit your days on intensity and add more strength training days!
👉🏼 Are you drinking ENOUGH water? Time to drink more girlll
👉🏼Ditch the low calorie options and start focusing on a colorful plate

I am taking on a few more clients for the month of November, and would love to support you on your journey! All you have to do is click Link in my bio or shoot me a “❤️‍🔥” down below or dm!

Happy hump day 🫶🏼

If you could do it one way then you can do it the other way.

I spent so many years with
👉🏼high anxiety
👉🏼depressing thoughts
👉🏼suicidal thoughts
👉🏼so much self-pay with my body image
👉🏼fearing food

As I started to put effort into becoming aware of my thoughts and feelings and was journaling…

I realize that without taking action in reframing those thoughts … I was always going to stay in the same cycle.

This brought me to the realization of
👉🏼 “Wow, I was so consistent in beating myself up in the mirror that I truly believed myself and felt that way for so many years. So if I could do that, then I could do the complete opposite like grow my self love”

This gave me hope in
✨Building strong, confident and empowered relationship within myself therefore with all the habits & relationships around me.

If you could program your mind to self-hate then you can program your mind to self love.

This is your sign!!!

That you still do have the power in you to change the narrative in your life and your mind

You can still become the person you’ve always wanted and you can still
❤️‍🔥 True self love
❤️‍🔥 Confidence
❤️‍🔥 Be in control of your life/self
❤️‍🔥 Be in the gym w no anxiety
❤️‍🔥 Food freedom
❤️‍🔥 Face the mirror and love what you see

I help all my clients build a healthy life, mind and body ✨

I get my clients to overcoming and breaking the cycle that they were in for so many years while also losing the weight and building a muscle!

This is your reminder AGAIN! 🫵🏼

THAT 🫵🏼 CAN HAVE & DESERVE TO CHANGE!

Comment or dm 🦋 for support along your journey queen, you don’t need to do this alone!!

ONE YEAR AGO WAS MY FIRST EVER SHOW at @timgardnerproductions Chicago Extravaganza!!🥹🤍✨✨

I remember stepping on stage for the first time and feeling absolute SOUL ALIGNMENT!!!✨

I started researching bodybuilding in September of 2021 and something in my HEART LIT ON FIRE!! I had no idea what all it entailed, but I knew I was made for this!!!!!

I did so much research and watched zillions of YouTube prep vlogs, posing videos, informative videos, etc!!

I think I watched every one of @teamfflex ‘s YouTube videos AHHAHA and I knew he was the coach I wanted to work with for his commitment to athlete health and sustainability and VIBE🦋✨

Ryan and I started working together in November of 2021, and the magic began!!!!🧙🏼‍♂️

The next month I started working with @acrowfit333 , my posing coach who quickly became my SOUL SISTER🥹🦋🫶✨

Then one year ago in July 2022 I competed in my first show and all my feelings were confirmed- this sport felt aligned with a very deep part of my soul🥹

This was such an amazing debut show for my first season, and it will forever hold such a special place in my heart🥹🦋🫶

Also will forever cherish how Amber FLEW IN TO SUPRISE ME AT MY FIRST SHOW🥹🥹😭😭🤍🤍🤍 AMBER- I COULDNT IMAGINE MY BODYBUILDING JOURNEY WITH YOU IN IT🤍🤍🤍🤍

Let’s chat about systems babyyyyy 👀

“Goals are the results you want to achieve.
Systems are about the process that lead to those results”

if you’re a beginner to your fitness journey, keep going.
You’ve already gotten so far, what’s the point of getting up now?

Don’t you want to see all the habits that you have been doing the past couple of days, weeks, or even months come to light and see those results?

This is how I keep myself sane in life 🤎

These are six pillars. I have my clients apply to the air weekly habits/goals because it can be so easy to focus on the bigger things like work, groceries, laundry, and going to sleep!

When our life consist of these things, and nothing outside of that, we begin to dislike our life in ourselves, because we are not looking in word, nor focusing on the smaller moments.

I always recommend to gradually are the steps so they become sustainable and truly your lifestyle.

Each of these pillars will add goodness into your world, trust me 🤍

💛Channeling my energy into who I am at my core

💛Mediate to allow myself to let go & receive

💛Eating meals that increase my energy & hormones

💛Physical activity that is fun

💛Exercise to raise my endorphins

💛Take myself on dates to show some self love

🌱Life is about the smaller moments.

The highest form of self love is discipline!

I was listening to a podcast this morning, and the topic was self discipline, and ways to achieve it!

Something I grasped from it was that discipline has a negative connotation, but when we look at what self discipline is… it’s true self love.

It’s true self love because you are getting discipline with the stuff that brings goodness into your life. The habits that create a healthy sustainable life. The habits that get you 1 step closer to the life you always envisioned for yourself.

Discipline isn’t supposed to be easy nor it will ever be. Once you get good at one thing, it’s time to focus on the next.

Do you have more habits in the day that are pushing you toward circle or away from your goal?
