Our September Louisiana Estate Planning Seminar is officially in the books! 🤍

If you missed it, here are 3 things that had the room shook:

1️⃣ Fund Dat Trust! There are too many of us that are pulling estate planning documents offline or attorneys that are not experts in estate planning. The biggest missteps for many of our new clients is they never funded what they thought they created with the DIY trust.
2️⃣ It takes a well structured estate plan, including a trust, insurance, and a wealth team (ie, financial advisor, attorney, and insurance agent) to help you create generational wealth. Trust me, this is not too out of reach for you!
3️⃣ Pull that Family Meeting together! You will be the one to break generational chains for your family. We will do it together with you!

This is exactly why we’re doing this again.

We’re hosting more seminars on those estate planning topics that actually matter to our community. Comment “LEGACY” and we’ll make sure you’re the first to know when the October 2026 Seminar is announced.

Estate planning isn’t for the rich. It’s for the responsible. 🤍

Your LLC won’t protect you just because it exists. 😴

This is what I call a sleeper risk — the kind of thing you never think about until a lawsuit shows up and a judge decides your LLC doesn’t count.

It’s called piercing the corporate veil, and it happens more often than people think.

If your business and personal finances aren’t actually separate, or you don’t have anything in writing documenting your decisions this year — the protection you paid for might not hold up when you need it most.

FOLLOW US for more tips. 🤍

Now THIS is a marital competition I can get behind. 😂❤️

Today, The Goodwins completed their estate planning—and apparently we also needed to determine who had the bigger estate planning binder. 😂

Listen, y’all can compete over the binders—as long as BOTH plans are DONE! 🙌🏾

This is what I want to normalize: couples having the conversations, making intentional decisions, protecting what they’ve built, and putting a plan in place for the people they love.

Because building wealth is only part of the assignment. You also have to plan for how it will be protected and transferred.

Estate planning is love—with instructions. ❤️

And if you’ve been saying, “I need to get my affairs in order,” this is your sign.

📅 Join me September 15 for our FREE Estate Planning Seminar.
We’ll talk about wills, trusts, powers of attorney, protecting your family, and how to get started.

👉🏾 Registration is FREE. Click the link in my bio to reserve your seat.

Congratulations, Goodwins! Now y’all can get back to debating whose binder is bigger. 😂❤️
