Marsh Hen Mill products are officially coming to SC school cafeterias. So we made a short children’s film to celebrate.

Because if kids are going to eat real food, they should know where it comes from.

Farmer Greg sits down and tells the story the only way it should be told — like a children’s book. From the seed in the ground to the bowl on the table, straight from the man who grows it.

We almost lost this forever.

Meet Greg Johnsman, farmer and miller at Marsh Hen Mill and our special guest on October 15th 🌾

Chef Brian built an entire five course menu around Greg’s heirloom grains, and every course is paired with wines from Frank Family Vineyards. Greg will be there at the table to share the story behind the grains on your plate.

It’s our kickoff dinner for the Amelia Island Cookout Weekend, and seats are limited.
