Coming into this year, I told myself I wanted to stop treating my life like a constant self-improvement project and start actually living it.

Healing and growth are important, but sometimes we get so focused on becoming “better” that we forget to enjoy the life we have right now.

You cannot keep measuring every mistake, setback or imperfect season as evidence that you’re not deserving of a good life.

You’re allowed to live while you’re learning.
To enjoy life while you’re healing.

Martha credits her growth in UX to staying open to learning, change, and feedback. When she found her passion, she went all in, taking classes, interning, building mock projects, and landing her first role.

She still learns every day through courses, articles, and conversations that challenge her.

Martha’s tech story began with early curiosity, learning HTML, CSS, and PHP while waiting for university admission. After a long pause, she found her way back in her penultimate year, explored graphic design, and was later introduced to UX design by a classmate. What started as six months of learning became a six-year career she has not looked back from since.

Sometimes the path pauses. The passion does not.

I genuinely love being in rooms with brilliant builders.

Some highlights for me:
• Olumide Okubadejo’s practical session on building AI agents for product teams
• Ina Alogwu’s no-bluff take on making tough product decisions in chaos
• Hazal Muhtar’s session on how data drives product innovation

Day 1 of ETM-1 was truly transformational! ✨
We began our journey at St. Gabriel’s Commercial School (Senior Section), where our speakers engaged the students on:
📚 How their education shapes their future
🧠 Why taking school seriously matters
🪞 Understanding the changes happening in their bodies
🚧 The importance of boundaries and wise choices
🙏 And most importantly, who God is and why knowing Him gives direction and identity

The students were attentive, open-hearted, and deeply impacted.

A special thank you to our amazing speakers @marthaadeleke @miwa_azure @_shay_ron for pouring wisdom, faith, and guidance into these young minds. Your impact was notable, and we are deeply grateful. 💛

The ETM program has only begun to unfold, and greater moments lie ahead. ✨

Occasion: @cci_global at 13🥳🎉

While resting after NYSC in 2022, I honestly can’t remember how, but I found myself joining CCI’s online services.

What immediately drew me in was the balanced teaching of the Word. I kept listening week after week, and it’s no surprise that when I moved cities, I joined the CCI campus there.

My testimony since then has been one of continuous progress and joy in the faith. My life has changed in no small way.

God has been so good to us, and I’m eternally grateful for the privilege of being part of this move of God.
