A perfect evening at @marthas.lymington tucked away in the New Forest @thenici ✨

This beautifully renovated hotel set the scene for an unforgettable meal 😍 Starting with an amuse bouche to cleanse the palette, followed by a silky risotto and the freshest sashimi 🍣

Then came the classics done right, a huge, crispy fish & chips and a mushroom pasta finished tableside in a cheese wheel 🧀

We wound down in the stunning Martha’s Bar with desserts to remember. A millefeuille sliced and dressed right at the table, and a perfectly caramelised apple tarte tatin, paired with cocktails (and mocktails!) that hit every note.

A proper feast from start to finish 🍽️🥂

One very big summer, wrapped. 🍸

Two new hotels, three new restaurants, hundreds of check-ins, a few too many cocktails and more sea-view photos than anyone could count.

We made waves in Newquay, slowed things down in the New Forest and went five-star in Bournemouth. Somewhere along the way, South Beach earned an AA Rosette and 100K of you joined us for the ride.

Quite the summer, really. ☀️
