Great Night @grapplefest last night for me and the team, got the win by unanimous decision against a tough opponent @gazpriestly, felt amazing to be back on the mat after a long layoff and the first one leading my own team.

Thank you to all my team @levelsbrazilianjiujitsu who come to support or watched on ppv.

Thanks @jimblejitsu for supplying the rehydration goods along with cornering with @kieranfletcher9 and Ry.

Our little wrestler in the making 😂🤼‍♀️

No rushing the process. Just technique, movement, balance, and discipline. Build the foundations first, and everything else will follow 🙏🏾

A little delayed… but a massive congratulations to our newest BLUE BELT! @stanger46 🔵

The man with the IRON GRIP 💪
Our very own POPEYE! ⚓😂

A seriously well-earned promotion and a reflection of all the hard work, consistency and rounds put in on the mats 🙌
If you’ve ever had him grab hold of you, you already know… you’re not getting that arm or foot back 😂

Congratulations, bro thoroughly deserved! 👏🔵

Massive thanks to @losbanditosclub @silviunastasa and @charlesnegromonte for having some of the @levelsbrazilianjiujitsu team down yesterday, an unbelievable day from start to finish. Top-class gym, and hospitality that couldn’t have been any better. Plenty of laughs, plenty of rounds, plenty of learning, and a few of us definitely got folded up, but that’s all part of the fun 🤣👊

Days like these are what it’s all about, getting the team together, pushing each other, sharing the mats with quality people, and improving Jiu Jitsu along the way. Again huge thank you to everyone at Los Banditos for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to get the next trip booked already! 🤙🥋 by @martjitsu

A fantastic day for the team at the @aspireinterclub today! 👏

Massive congratulations to everyone who stepped onto the mats and represented the gym today. We came away with some great wins, outstanding performances, and overall valuable experience👌

A special shoutout to our Little Levels Squad who competed for the very first time! Stepping out there brings up so many emotions from excitement to tears. But every single one of them showed incredible bravery, discipline, and determination. Their overall behaviour and performances were superb an we couldn’t have asked for more. Win or lose, having the courage to compete is a huge achievement. We couldn’t be prouder of you all! 🌟

We saw some brilliant moments and dominant displays today. As always, we’ll take the lessons learned, tighten up the details, and come back even stronger next week! 💪 by @martjitsu

Days like today make me incredibly proud to be a coach 🙃

Massive congratulations to @ryanthomas2009 and @dean.cattell.7 who stepped up and delivered outstanding performances on @empiregrappling both bringing home gold medals🥇

Ry was competing in the Juvenile division and Deano in the Masters division, two very different stages of the Jiu Jitsu journey, but both showing the same attitude, commitment, and hard work. Seeing two athletes of different ages put themselves out there together as a team and succeed is what coaching is all about for me. I’m proud of you both, not just for the results, but for the performances you put on💪

Watching my team at @levelsbrazilianjiujitsu develop and grow the way it has is amazing. Seeing the progress in each and every one of you is incredible. The hard work, consistency, and dedication you all show day in and day out is paying off, and it’s a privilege to witness every step of that journey as your coach 🙌

I push you all as hard as I do because I know what every single one of you is capable of. Sometimes it might seem like I demand a lot an I have high standards, but it’s because I genuinely believe in you, and know your limits even when you don’t. Seeing you realise that potential and achieve moments like this makes it all worthwhile 🤙 taken in Greenbank Sports Academy by @martjitsu
