A little delayed… but a massive congratulations to our newest BLUE BELT! @stanger46 🔵

The man with the IRON GRIP 💪
Our very own POPEYE! ⚓😂

A seriously well-earned promotion and a reflection of all the hard work, consistency and rounds put in on the mats 🙌
If you’ve ever had him grab hold of you, you already know… you’re not getting that arm or foot back 😂

Massive thanks to @losbanditosclub @silviunastasa and @charlesnegromonte for having some of the @levelsbrazilianjiujitsu team down yesterday, an unbelievable day from start to finish. Top-class gym, and hospitality that couldn’t have been any better. Plenty of laughs, plenty of rounds, plenty of learning, and a few of us definitely got folded up, but that’s all part of the fun 🤣👊

Days like these are what it’s all about, getting the team together, pushing each other, sharing the mats with quality people, and improving Jiu Jitsu along the way. Again huge thank you to everyone at Los Banditos for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to get the next trip booked already! 🤙🥋

A fantastic day for the team at the @aspireinterclub today! 👏

Massive congratulations to everyone who stepped onto the mats and represented the gym today. We came away with some great wins, outstanding performances, and overall valuable experience👌

A special shoutout to our Little Levels Squad who competed for the very first time! Stepping out there brings up so many emotions from excitement to tears. But every single one of them showed incredible bravery, discipline, and determination. Their overall behaviour and performances were superb an we couldn’t have asked for more. Win or lose, having the courage to compete is a huge achievement. We couldn’t be prouder of you all! 🌟

We saw some brilliant moments and dominant displays today. As always, we’ll take the lessons learned, tighten up the details, and come back even stronger next week! 💪

The #1 difference between a coachable athlete and a non-coachable one 👇

Attitude💥

Not talent, Not stats. It’s how you respond when challenged 👌

✅ Coachable athletes listen, earn trust, opportunity, and growth, reaching the next level.
❌ Non-coachable athletes don’t listen, and stall out, no matter how skilled they are.

At Levels, we build athletes who are hungry to learn, grow, and succeed, so be a coachable athlete💪

Drop us a DM to start now and level up your game! 🥋✨

At Levels, jiu jitsu is only half of what we do. The other half, the part that really makes the difference is the community we’ve built on the mats 🤙

We’ve created a space where people come together, push each other, and celebrate progress whether that’s learning a new guard pass or just showing up after a tough day ❤️

Our belief is simple… we can make anyone good at jiu jitsu. With the right coaching and consistency, progress is inevitable. But what really keeps people coming back isn’t just the techniques it’s the people standing beside them, rolling with them, encouraging them 🙌

That’s why we put such a strong focus on attracting people who want to grow, challenge themselves, and contribute to a positive environment. When you surround yourself with that kind of energy, you don’t just get better at jiu jitsu… you get better at life👇

If you’ve been looking for more than just a place to train, if you want a community where you’ll feel supported, welcomed, and pushed to be your best then Levels is the place for you! 👌
