☀️ Summer ’26 — little moments in the mountains Between paths, lakes and rivers I collected small pieces of this summer: the scent of Pan Chocolat in Carnia, Irma’s sweets in Valbruna, walks in Val Saisera and along the Alpe Adria bike path 🚲 From the memories on a bike with Enzo to the days at Lake Fusine and Lake Predil with Scoot 🐾, from the first moments lived with live tennis 🎾 to the new discoveries between sport, nature and freedom. 🤍 “somewhere between memories and new places” Days spent following rivers, walking through the mountains, discovering hidden corners, enjoying slow moments and letting the road decide where to go next. From Val Bartolo and the Orrido dello Slizza, to Ugovizza with Scoot, Ljubljana, the Palar river in Trasaghis and the streets of Venzone. 🏔️🌊 Then Slovenia, a palačinka at Pri Martinu, and all those little moments that made these days special. 🇸🇮 And finally, Camporosso — a place that means much more to me than just a location. It is where my grandparents’ home is, where many of my childhood memories began, and where familiar roads still carry so many stories. This summer, Camporosso also came alive with Camporosso Racconta: moments dedicated to the history and stories of the village, authors sharing their work, activities for children, and a special show cooking with a famous chef. 👨🏻‍🍳✨@casapappagallo @camporossoracconta Seeing such a familiar place filled with stories, people, culture and new experiences made it even more special. Some places are discovered. Some are remembered. 🇦🇹48 hours in Salzburg 🇦🇹 Two days wandering through one of Austria’s most beautiful cities, between history, music, architecture, little shops and slow moments. ✨ From the Getreidegasse, with its historic signs and elegant shops, to the Salzburger Dom, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. I also stopped by Quiksilver, a familiar name for me because my brother works in a sports shop in Berlin and I found the same brand here in Salzburg. 🛍️ I walked across the Makartsteg, the famous bridge covered with love locks, and explored the streets of the Altstadt, discovering little details, statues and beautiful corners along the way. Of course, Salzburg wouldn’t be Salzburg without Mozart. 🎼 I visited Mozarts Geburtshaus, the house where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born in 1756, right in the heart of Getreidegasse, and explored more of his story through the city. Then came Hohensalzburg Fortress, watching the city from above as the sun slowly disappeared behind the rooftops. 🏰🌅 Two different moments, the same view, and one of my favourite memories from these two days. There was also time for an Eiskaffee, a little shopping around the city centre, and a visit to Stiegl-Brauwelt, connected to one of Austria’s best-known beer traditions. 🍺 And before leaving, one last stop: Haus der Natur, Salzburg’s famous natural history and science museum — a completely different side of the city. 🌿🔬 Two days, so many little stories. 🏡 A little piece of home Susi, my old cat, sleeping peacefully and looking like she has all the answers to life. 🐈🤍 Then came Tempus est Jocundum, Gemona’s medieval historical reenactment, bringing the old town back to another time through medieval traditions, costumes, music, games, drums, the Palio and moments shared throughout the historic centre. 🏰🥁✨ I love seeing Gemona come alive like this — even if this year I felt there were not as many historical reenactors as in previous editions. I would honestly love to be part of it someday, so if you ever need someone to help or participate, feel free to contact me. I’m available and would be very happy to help, even though I’ve never received a reply to my previous messages. 🤍 And then, two completely different skies over my city: one painted pink, the other glowing orange. 🌸🧡 Two sunsets, one home. 🏟️ My first time at the stadium 8 August 2026 — a night I’ll definitely remember. Wearing my Barça shirt, watching the players so close, feeling the atmosphere of the stadium and finally experiencing a football match live. 🔵🔴 Unfortunately, Barça didn’t get the result I was hoping for, but being there, so close to the pitch, made the whole experience even more special. From the music and the violin before the games, to the chants, the lights, the crowd and that moment when everyone joined the wave after 20 minutes… the atmosphere was unforgettable. 🥁✨ And to all the Udinese fans… please don’t hate me for the Barça shirt. It was a special occasion! 🇮🇹 The emerald lake at the foot of the Cinque Punte 🏔️ Dear nature, thank you.🤍 Lake Predil, the second largest lake in Friuli Venezia Giulia, rests among the majestic Julian Alps, where the turquoise water meets the imposing profile of the mountains and every reflection seems painted. Looking over the lake there are the iconic 5 tips. Known in Slovenian as Rabeljske špice and in German as Raibler Fünfspitz, they also house the characteristic rocky monolith called “Moses”, visible near the First Tip. But this place also has a special story. The legend tells of a mother and a child looking for help during a cold night. Only a small house offered them shelter. After a terrible storm, everything disappeared, except that house that still stands on the islet of the lake, a symbol of welcome and kindness. ✨Between panoramic paths, crystal clear waters and moments of pure tranquility, 🌿🐾 Perfect to live even with your four-legged friends.
