We don't take zeros on this platform. 😤 The grind on this second attempt was absolutely insane to capture. This is what true team mentality looks like—you don't just lift for yourself, you lift for the squad waiting on you at the rope.

Tag the one teammate you’d trust with the final lift! 👇

Wouldn’t say we’re training navy seals here. But we’re not not-training navy seals. Earning their trip to urban air. taken in The Hills, Texas by @martykhait

A good teacher helps you find your limit. A great teacher knows your limit more than you do.

Honored to be awarded a brown belt today by my professors @hargettsteve_jj @victorhugojj and sensei @xanderibeirojj . Even more touched to be appropriately promoted in a Thursday morning class (iykyk) instead of typical promotion night. Further grateful to have the best training partners in attendance, @yeppietomasian @arash_soofiani @ddb_posty @mj_mc__ taken in TFI Lake Travis by @martykhait

30 miles and 29,000 feet later, here is a dump from @29029everesting Snowbasin 2025.
Sometimes I think I’m sick for looking for hard things to break me. Then I remember this event sells out instantly, so I must not be the only sicko. Told myself on the mountain I’d never do it again. But now I’m itching for another one. taken in Snowbasin, Utah by @martykhait

First full year with no back pain. #deadbugs
Never was able to squat or DL over 315 before due to constant tweaks. About a month ago I set out to see if I can get a 1250 total by my birthday. Spent all day anxious about getting it because I knew I’d be close. With Bowen and Ali spotting me, my PRs were right under the line. Lo and behold, with big BIL @rialb_alexanderr in the room, I blew past it. Here’s to me. Fuck aging. taken in Lake Travis by @martykhait
