We don't take zeros on this platform. 😤 The grind on this second attempt was absolutely insane to capture. This is what true team mentality looks like—you don't just lift for yourself, you lift for the squad waiting on you at the rope.

Tag the one teammate you’d trust with the final lift! 👇

Follow @strongmanteams to get your squad on the platform. 🎥

Suffering, hardship, or discomfort is unavoidable.

Stop organizing life around avoiding it.

Suffering only holds the importance it is given.

Do what matters anyway.

We're incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing Jiu-Jitsu community. Whether you're a longtime friend, training partner, traveling through town, or just curious about what we do, our doors are always open.

Stop by, say hello, jump into a class, or just watch and meet the team. We love connecting with fellow martial artists and sharing the mats with new faces.

Come visit anytime—we'd love to have you at North East BJJ & MMA. 🤙🥋

There seems to be a trend of dads screaming at their kids to stop crying and workout while a camera records the whole thing.

Screaming at your child to control their emotions and just train… while you can’t control your own... is one of the craziest parenting contradictions I’ve ever seen.

You can’t teach emotional regulation by demonstrating emotional instability.

Your kids are watching.

The question isn’t whether they’re learning.

It’s what they’re learning.

Final touches before the boys head out to worlds next week! It’s been amazing to be around that energy and see how much effort they put into this preparation. As I always like to say: “We can’t control the outcome but we can control our effort and attitude while working towards it”.

Excited to be at Worlds next week to support and watch them do their thing. @sixbladeshq
