Weekday lunch just got serious. Our Summer Set Menu runs Monday to Friday, R349 per person sharing.⁣ Opens with gimbap: seaweed roll, black truffle, sesame, pickled Asian pear, daikon. Then Korean fried chicken, wings and thighs, with all four Maru sauces. Mains are a KBBQ meat feast, the chef's choice of two cuts, grass-fed rump and marinated galbi short rib, with ssam-jang, ban-chan, butter lettuce and a maeun-tang seafood stew with saechungmu rice.
