Finding the perfect pose with @bittonart LOL. I was walking in Dania Beach when I came across her gallery BittonArt and popped in! I gifted her this painting YEARSS ago and it’s up on the walls! So nice seeing you again! #artgallery #artcollector #artcurator taken in Bitton Art by @marvikoloc

I remember picking up the pencil to reflect my imagination before I had words to express these thoughts. My grandmother always told me I would do something special with these hands, my long fingers. My mother always told me everything I touch will turn to gold. I never realized the importance of how they were nurturing and validating my gifts. It’s been a special journey learning how to navigate the relationship I have with art and the world around me. #acrylicpainting #afrofuturism #artgallery #passion by @marvikoloc
