Bittersweet announcement 🥹

May will be my last month at Sessions. I am heading to South Florida for a travel OT position this summer at a speciality care hospital / acute rehab! However, I will be moving to Boston in the fall; so this isn’t goodbye forever, just a see you later (subbing & some pop ups in the future!)

I can’t even put into words how much this space and this community have meant to me. Whether you’ve taken one class or have been with me every week, thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for growing with me.

A special thank you to @fitkris44 for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to grow here. Transitioning from a student to a teacher has truly been one of my favorite journeys.

So much love for you all. Let’s finish this month strong. I’ll see you Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and in a few additional classes. 🩵🩵check the app 🩵🩵 by @maryah.moves

Being comfortable enough to push yourself out your comfort zone is a huge blessing. Thankful for my time here! 🤍
