Meet our newest team member, Maryah!✨

Maryah is a NASM certified group fitness instructor who is excited to bring her passion for movement, health, and empowerment to Sessions.
For her day job, Maryah is an occupational therapist, helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and independence to complete their daily tasks.

Her passion for movement led her to yoga sculpt and mat pilates classes in both Boston and Connecticut, drawing inspiration from different styles to create uplifting classes that connect music, movement, and mindfulness leaving members feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.

Catch Maryah in September, teaching HOT Pilates in Norwich Tuesdays at 4:30pm and Non- Heated Pilates in Griswold Saturday mornings at 7am.
Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing!
