They said we’d never make it ❌

And honestly, we struggled a lot in the beginning
and plenty of people were convinced we’d eventually break up.

But everything changed when we made one decision together: God would be the foundation of our relationship. We learned to grow together instead of against each other.

Date Nights ohne die Kids - Bei uns ein MUSS 💯

Die erste Date Night hat sich ehrlich gesagt komisch angefühlt. Das schlechte Gewissen war größer als die Vorfreude. Heute wissen wir, in unsere Beziehung zu investieren, ist für die gesamte Familie ein Gewinn ❤️

Das ist die Zeit, in der wir einfach wieder Mann & Frau sind. Gemeinsam lachen und endlich ein Gespräch führen ohne 37 mal unterbrochen zu werden 😅

Und jedes Mal merken wir danach, wir sind nicht nur bessere Partner, sondern auch bessere Eltern.

This birthday reminded me how blessed I truly am. ♥️

To be honest, I didn’t even feel like celebrating. 2026 has brought its share of highs and lows, and I almost let that steal this special day from me.

But thanks to my husband, my friends, and my family, I celebrated anyway and it turned out to be one of my favorite birthdays ever.

I’m so grateful for the people God has placed in my life. Thank you for every hug, every laugh, every kind word, and every moment. You reminded me that even after difficult seasons, there is still so much joy to be found.

Ten Years Strong ❤️

Here are 10 things we’ve learned about us & our relationship ⬇️

1️⃣ Praying together.
It grounds us and keeps us on the same path, especially when we don’t have the answers 🙏🏾

2️⃣ Open communication.
The conversations we avoided the most often brought us the closest 🗣️

3️⃣ One team, different strengths.
We play on different positions, but we always win as a team 🤝🏾

4️⃣ Resolve fast.
We used to argue for days, now we find our way back to each other quicker, sometimes still a little pissed,
but that’s okay 😉

5️⃣ Me time matters.
Taking time to breathe and recharge helps us not get on each other’s nerves 😅

6️⃣ Humor is the heartbeat.
We’re still here because we can laugh about things no one else would understand 😂

7️⃣ Support each other’s growth.
We actively help each other grow in career, projects and personal goals 🎯

8️⃣ Kids change everything.
The most beautiful and challenging thing,
sometimes all within five minutes 👶🏾

9️⃣ Love language.
Loving your partner the way they feel it sounds simple, but takes real effort 👀

🔟 Love is a decision.
Not just on the good days, but especially on the ones where you start to question things ❤️
