| Twinning with my dad. I am so happy and grateful we get to spend so much quality time together - and of course for all the McGuyver style repairs he does in my house haha ;)

| I have been in Spain for three years now and I would lie if I’d say that everything has been easy and fabulous. The truth is, it’s been hard, a lot harder than I thought it would be, but when I look at this photo and think about days like this, I know it’s been all worth it and I have come a very long way. I am so grateful and my heart is full of joy & love.

| Flashback to @santavall_ on today’s ride. So far this sign has escaped the #leavenotrace policy and is living it’s best life out in the wild as a reminder of a really fun day out. by @mascha.vt

| This memory from 2018 popped up on my phone this morning… It’s a quick reminder that:
I really need these sunnies back in my life … and maybe a little daytime party with some bubbles … and cat ears …

If anyone has a pair of these Prada’s SPR 04U laying around … I am your woman 🕶️

| I took about a 1.5 year break from cycling because of life, a bold move, a couple of heat waves, a new puppy & a hyperactive thyroid. Last August @klaverge , @vandewalle.g & daddio @gerritvantongeren took me on a cycling trip to France in the hopes to ignite a little spark. It worked !! I can honestly say that I found back the joy in riding bikes. Thank you friends & dad - I was getting a little worried that I would have to start looking for another hobby/ obsession.

| My staycation is coming to an end ... a couple of more days before heading back home. I am gonna miss being here, this place feels like my (second) home, but the thoughts of seeing & hugging my friends and family, sleeping in my own bed and being ‘home’, smiling + waving at my neighbors and dancing on my kitchen table are making me excited and happy to come back.
