We are so grateful to have been a part of the amazing team winning the 2025 AISC Ideas2 Award for Adaptive Reuse for the Top of The Rock Redevelopment- What a tremendous effort from all!

"The idea of installing an attraction at the top of a 90-year-old urban icon is enough to make anyone's stomach drop. But the team behind New York City's Top of the Rock Redevelopment pulled it off and won the Ideas 2 award for Adaptive Reuse. Thanks to 40,000 lbs of steel reinforcement, tourists now have a new way to connect with the modern skyline as well as the city's past through a ride that recreates the iconic lunch on a skyscraper photograph." -AISC
