POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2026 edition of the Antelope Island Fall Classic.

Here are just a few highlights from the day, including Levi Dennis (12 years old) finishing the inaugural 68K, Brooke Bullington finishing the 10M 27 weeks pregnant, and Elsa Jaworski completing every distance across the Fall Classic and Buffalo Run.

Thanks as well to our partners (Altra, Kodiak Cakes, Precision Fuel & Hydration, and Blue Planet Lawn) for adding so much value to the runner experience out there.

See y’all in March for the Buffalo Run?

I have all these clips from the past few months + a premium Canva account, so I made this part 2 guiding video. Hope it provides insight into my experience. Things are improving but as someone with an invisible disability, it’s hard to find my place in the adaptive running world. I swear it’s like finding my Deaf identity all over again. 😅

Watch til the end for a surprise. 🐕

But honestly, if race directors counted guiding as a volunteer role/gave future racing credits for it, many disabled runners could find guides. The RD’s could advertise this a few months prior, so the disabled athlete can put in a request to find guides near them. And to clarify that guides and pacers are different (that might be a separate Canva slop video) Idk what to do with this idea, but someone steal it or pass it along to important ppl.

Otherwise we’re gonna have to make an app like Tinder to find guides. And I just know that will get weird.

Also this is a soft launch for my next race. 🐐

Twisted Fork 68k 🥇

Surprised myself last weekend with the longest race I’ve run to date. I was a little skeptical in my ability to rally after running Boston a month earlier. Luckily, I felt right at home running through the rain and mud for 5+ hours. (Can’t take the NorthEast out of the boy)

Huge shout out to @massifrunning @runsingletrack for bringing together the Salt Lake running community and many elites from outside Utah to rip some of my favorite spring trails. Also, many thanks to all the familiar faces I saw out on course volunteering despite the brutal weather. Lastly can’t thank @4bonds2carbon enough for spending her day waking up early and freezing all day waiting for me to finish and cleanup of my mud caked body/ clothes.
Think I may see longer races in my future. Stay tuned! 📸 @shitinthewoods @grayson_swingle @zebwatsonphoto @cezaryna taken in Park City, Utah by @massifrunning

Rachel Drake and Caleb Olson both got on the podium at the very muddy Trail Fest at Twisted Fork by @massifrunning last weekend. 👀👏

@rachelraedrake won the 68k. 🥇 Cold conditions made getting gels open and food down a real challenge, so she fell slightly short of her fueling targets. But a cup of broth and some moral support at the aid station helped her push through. On the hydration side, a recent Sweat Test had revealed moderate sodium losses (819mg/L), and she actually overshot her replacement target on the day, hitting ~1,174mg/L using PH 1000 and Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix.

@calebolson123 lined up for the 30k as his first race back from injury. Not planning to bury himself, he came away with 2nd place and a faster time than last year. 💪 Given this was a relatively short distance for him and the conditions were cool, he didn't need to drink much, but still smashed back a fair bit of fuel.

Swipe through for the full race breakdowns. ➡️

That’s three more people who are likely to finish ahead of Finn Melanson and Brett Hornig at this year’s Bear 100 race.
