I had the honor of editing this powerful story about football coaches in Berlin. Out of all the videos I work on, it’s projects with strong voices and meaningful messages like this that inspire me the most 😊and is why I also started my filmmaking journey. I hope to edit much more videos like this.

Here’s a short recap of the Europeans. It was a very humbling experience realizing how high the level actually is at these international competitions. Of course, it could have gone better, but all in all, I’m happy that I got two submissions and managed to avoid injury. Thank you to my coach @felipecancadobjj for the great support on the sidelines, and thanks to Moritz and @8life.xyz for watching and cheering me on. 🙏Ossss by @massine_edits

I’m thrilled to announce that the short documentary I created with @killianbayer , @raphaelrfreitas, @manwiththeflagbag , Caio Silva, and Morris Kappes has won the prize for Best Edit at the @berlinindiefilmfestival! 🎉

As the editor, this achievement means the world to me, but it wouldn’t have been possible without such an incredible team. From the cinematographer providing breathtaking footage, to the director guiding me in shaping the story, to the colorists making every frame look stunning, and of course, our producer who brought everything together—this was a collective effort.

This feels like a huge milestone for me, especially since I started this journey just a few years ago, beginning from scratch to chase my dream of becoming a filmmaker. There have been many highs and lows (and a couple of burnouts—hahaha), but no matter what, I kept pushing forward.
I’m not quite where I want to be yet, but every year I’m a little further along than the year before. None of this would’ve been possible without the amazing people who helped and guided me along the way. You know who you are, and I’ll never forget your support. I’ll always strive to pay it forward and support others just as you supported me.
