Fresh creste pasta courtesy of @ilsupremopizza, royal red shrimp, kimchi & fresh tomato pomodoro, butter & parm, green onion, heirloom grape tomates, toasted garlic bread crumb. It isn’t a small portion either!

A true matchbook original! The Sichuan Dip!
House shaved Sichuan peppercorn beef, dipped in Chinese spicy hot pot au jus, Sichuan giardinier, butter aioli, Chinese celery leaf, havarti, toasted Kaiser roll, and a side of the hot pot jus for dipping. Now on our regular menu at @barrelproofnola sat/sun/mon! taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @matchbookkitchen

We live in the best city. Where else can you walk to your neighborhood bar @barrelproofnola and eat some of the best food from @matchbookkitchen and listen to a DJ on a Saturday night? Do not sleep on this food and menu 👏🏼 👏🏼 The chilled crab noodles and general tosos chicken hit the spot. We have eaten some of the best food from pop up kitchens and now we’ve added @matchbookkitchen to our weekly menu. by @matchbookkitchen
