Just a little preview of the game day menu @matchbookkitchen is cooking up on Saints Sundays only. Noon to 5 PM, every Sunday through the season. You really can't go wrong here, but what's better than top tier wings and @crownroyal on game day?

We live in the best city. Where else can you walk to your neighborhood bar @barrelproofnola and eat some of the best food from @matchbookkitchen and listen to a DJ on a Saturday night? Do not sleep on this food and menu 👏🏼 👏🏼 The chilled crab noodles and general tosos chicken hit the spot. We have eaten some of the best food from pop up kitchens and now we’ve added @matchbookkitchen to our weekly menu.

Barrel Proof 🥂 Natura Sauvignon Blanc 🥂 $11

🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 Taste
🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 Glassware
🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 Location vibes

Serving more than 500 whiskeys, @barrelproofnola is far from a dive bar. Fortunately for winos, this Magazine Street whiskey and cocktail bar left room on the menu for four wine options. The Natura Sauvignon Blanc from Chile is the best wine I’ve reviewed to date.

I highly recommend stopping by @matchbookkitchen for dinner Friday through Monday. Barrel Proof’s pop-up residency serves their legendary Dan Dan noodles on their Asian fusion menu. My personal favorite is Matchbook’s take on General Tso’s chicken served over green beens and sushi rice.

✅ New back room with pool table
✅ Friday wing night
✅ Whiskey for your friends

✨it’s FINALLY the weekend—

we’re in New Orleans…and I know you’re planning a night out!

here are 3 of my favorite “late night bites” in New Orleans before, during, and especially AFTER a night out in Nola!

I love a @matchbookkitchen friday (only) wing night moment! and although I wish they were open later—it’s def worth getting it before it’s gone! they sell out often, and between their speciality and classic wings— I see why!

next up, @tacotastic1 IYKYK—and if you don’t, I suggest going to find out ASAP! …like tonight 🤭😂 they’re open until 2am, and perfect way to end a night out!

@thewillandthewaynola is my “keep it cute,” but still fun and casual late night bite spot! located in the Quarter. but still Bourbon Street adjacent if you want to turn a calm night, into a wild one!

as always, 𝕝𝕚𝕜𝕖 | 𝕤𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕖 | 𝕤𝕒𝕧𝕖 | follow for more 🪄
