Great afternoon of fights. Unfortunately @mustafa.m.alb had an allergic reaction and we had no choice but to pull him off the card. We’ll get you on the next one for sure. @josh.miura got in there and got it done with a 2nd round tko against a skilled opponent. Extremely proud of his effort!Much appreciation to @legendaryfightpromotion for putting on another great event. Thank you to our @matchessmma family for the support. And thanks to @mattmesserle and @sapienboxing for their partnership and input. Let’s keep pushing! #muaythai #mma

Great turnout for our Saturday MMA rounds (as well as our BJJ fundamentals class, and open mat). Takes a special kind of person to head in to practice combat sports on the weekend. What’s your favorite way to get some time in on Saturdays? #bjj #mma #sparring #gym #saturday taken in Mat Chess MMA by @matchessmma

BJJ is more than singularly a sport, mental space, exercise, or community, but the people who practice it are even more multifaceted. Thank you @liackir for sharing how BJJ impacts you!
