Mandatory once every 2 years grid post🙏

Mid way through 2026, this has genuinely been my favorite year in a long time. Coaching, Friends, Family, Muay Thai, and Great Experiences. Love everyone and everything that’s helped make it that way ❤️🤞

What’s up baddies!!

I had the opportunity to compete at the Rev this weekend and ended up taking home 1st in my no gi bracket and 3rd in my gi bracket!

I am so incredibly stoked to have had the opportunity to roll against some strong competition this weekend, and to take home some hardware. I learned so much about myself, and can’t wait to apply it to my next comp!

Mat Chess also showed tf OUT at this comp with quite a few of us hitting the podium, which is such a testament to the work we get done in that basement (lol).

Onto the next 🥳🐒

What a day! 💣🧨🎇

Our inaugural Women's Quintet brought together 4 teams, 20 competitors, and countless amazing moments. We were thrilled to be able to showcase the strength, depth, and camaraderie of women's grappling here in the Pacific Northwest.

Congratulations to our final standings:

🥇 10th Planet Portland @10thplanetportland
🥈 Rogue Jiu-Jitsu @roguejjhq
🥉 Bellingham BJJ / Mat Chess @bellinghambjj @matchessmma
💕 Identity Jiu-Jitsu / Combat Arts Academy @identityjiujitsu @combatartsacademy

Thank you to everyone who competed, coached, and supported the event. We saw so much heart, skill, and sportsmanship on display, and we're grateful to everyone who helped make this first attempt such a success.

This definitely won't be the last. We'd love to host another women's event before the end of the year, and we're hoping to get a men's Quintet going in the near future as well. If your team is interested, send us a DM!

Missed the action? The full replay is now available on our tiny YouTube channel. 📺

See you at the next one. 🥳🥰🤩
