wooooooww, what a crazy year it’s been!

for the majority of 2026, we’ve been rebuilding a space from the ground up.

PLANTEPIGERNE has always been a project that is, first and foremost, driven by strong beliefs and values. at some point, we felt the need to put all of this into a physical space - going beyond the food system it self. we needed to create a space where culture and people could gather.

we’ve put the spirit of PLANTEPIGERNE into this new project, by keeping our focus on the soil. everything comes from the soil, and in the end, everything returns to the soil. that’s why we’ve built it with materials like clay, lime and linseed. materials that come from the same soil we are depending on. materials that have been used for centuries, long before our cute little space was even a thing.

throughout this crazy process, we’ve had a lot of help from friends, family and people we love. but one question came up more than anything else: what even is this place?
and to be honest, that is yet to be determined. because rather than coming up with a cool business concept or a nice-sounding title for this space, we would much rather let the people, the events and the atmosphere that will exist here define it.

we could go on forever, but for now, we officially want all of you to say hello to our eventspace, that we call “magnolia” <3 by @mathildekornval
