Last bites and sips of summer. Blueberry granita and potato mousse amongst the eupatorium, cocktails in the garden, grilled squash in a pool of straciatella and herbs, overflowing Bloody Mary nasturtium, and late afternoon sun that stretches like taffy taken in Catskill Mountains by @matildacatskills

Almost forgot to mention we have slushies on the menu now!

This is the Garden Gnome - watermelon, lemon, various rums, and shiso and nasturtium from the garden.

There’s also the non-alc Bunny Slope - bitter orange, orange blossom, grapefruit, lime, and lemon peel.

One of the more special restaurants I have ever been to tucked up a cozy town in the Catskills. From the chefs behind @wildairnyc and @barcontranyc this restaurant is worth making a trip out of. 🥩 🍷 🧀

Hudson Valley Trout with Sea Beans, Potatoes, Shiso and these really thin potato crisps that’s shatter like a delicate layer of ice over fluffy snow. We’re almost out of winter metaphors stay tuned. by @matildacatskills
