Lord, I Thank You!

It is with great pride and honor that I humbly announce that on December 12th, 2025 at 9 A.M., I will be receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Dear Southern Miss:

I have reached my destination To The Top, and I thank you for helping me to get there. After many moments of doubt and uncertainty, I continued to persevere, knowing that I did not land here by mistake. I found my place among the many organizations that shaped my journey and became home to me — The Pride of Mississippi Marching Band, Queen’s Uplifted, and My SO Sweet Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the Lovely Lambda Theta Chapter, in which I stand in sisterhood forever.

I met people who became family, and this institution truly became my home. To leave is bittersweet, but I’m so excited for what’s ahead. It wasn’t easy, but it was absolutely worth it.

USM, THY PRAISES BE!🖤🦅💛

A Zeta Woman embodies strength, scholarship, service, sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. She is grounded in purpose and carries herself with quiet, undeniable confidence.

Her presence reflects grace, intellect, and intention. She moves with ambition, leads with excellence, and uplifts those around her.

A Zeta woman doesn’t follow the standard, she sets it.
