There’s something powerful about watching a professional NLL athlete and firefighter step into the gym with his son and teach him what it really means to earn your place.
This isn’t just about building a better athlete.

It’s about building a young man who understands discipline, sacrifice, resilience, accountability, and hard work.

His dad has already built a legacy through years of competing at the highest level and serving his community as a firefighter.

Now he’s passing those lessons forward.

Not giving his son the answers.
Not giving him the shortcuts.
Teaching him to earn it.

Every rep. Every sprint. Every uncomfortable moment.

Because the goal isn’t to become a copy of his dad.

The goal is to become even better.

To one day stand on his own, carry the family name with pride, and become the next savage in a legacy that started long before him.

Earn your respect, young man. Build your own legacy.

And what an incredible role model to have in your corner and what a privilege it must be to one day say:

“That’s my dad.” 🖤🔥
