There’s something powerful about watching a professional NLL athlete and firefighter step into the gym with his son and teach him what it really means to earn your place.
This isn’t just about building a better athlete.

It’s about building a young man who understands discipline, sacrifice, resilience, accountability, and hard work.

His dad has already built a legacy through years of competing at the highest level and serving his community as a firefighter.

Now he’s passing those lessons forward.

Not giving his son the answers.
Not giving him the shortcuts.
Teaching him to earn it.

Every rep. Every sprint. Every uncomfortable moment.

Because the goal isn’t to become a copy of his dad.

The goal is to become even better.

To one day stand on his own, carry the family name with pride, and become the next savage in a legacy that started long before him.

Earn your respect, young man. Build your own legacy.

And what an incredible role model to have in your corner and what a privilege it must be to one day say:

“That’s my dad.” 🖤🔥

We’ve been together from day one, and what a ride it’s been. 🫡
You’re not only an incredible professional athlete in the NLL, but an amazing community fireman, an unreal father, husband and, most importantly, a great human being.

Thank you for being more than a client thank you for being a brother and a true friend. I’m beyond blessed and grateful to have had the opportunity to ride with you through it all.

As the great athletes say… this is our last dance. 💃🔥

So let’s finish this chapter with a BANG. Leave it all on the floor, chase greatness, and create a legacy that will never be forgotten.

Proud to ride with you, brother. Let’s dance. 🥍🔥

One more run. One more chapter. One unforgettable legacy.

What a season.

We started as the underdogs. There were tough losses, growing pains, and so much to learn. More than once, we questioned ourselves… including whether we should even accept our invitation to the Jack Crosby Tournament.

But our coaches kept saying the same thing - trust the process.

So we did.

Little by little, everything started to click. The confidence grew, the teamwork came together, and the wins started following. This group transformed right before our eyes.

And that Jack Crosby Tournament we weren’t sure we belonged in? We walked away with bronze. 🥉

This season wasn’t just about medals or wins. It was about the friendships these kids built and ending up with a group of families that made all the driving, early mornings, and weekends away a lot more fun.
I’d manage this team every season.
