Fill in from last Thursday. I felt inspired by talking to @matthew_lee.set about a spray wall he trains on.

Movement that has less allowance in the hands and focuses on the way you apply tension through your core/legs. Im psyched to explore and experiment focusing on this. by @mattd.setting
