When I was in 8th grade, my band director, Mr. Loyd, told me I was going to be an all-stater. And I did it. I actually did it.

Thank you, TMEA, for making me a better person and musician, allowing me to meet some of my best friends, and hosting an event I’ll never forget.

Thank you to my absolutely fabulous lesson teacher, @samboutris, who has been teaching me how to properly play the clarinet for the past couple months. It’s crazy how much you can improve in a short amount of time with the right person by your side.

Extremely special thanks to @markylongoria. I could not have done it without him. Love you bro.

Another thanks to my band directors for continuously supporting me since I joined band in 6th grade, as well as my parents for working tirelessly towards all of my clarinet endeavors.

And finally, thank you to everyone who I’ve met across my almost 18 years on this planet. Every person you interact with will have some sort of an impact on you, so I have to thank every single person for getting me to this point in my life.

So from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
