This last weekend @_philipanderson_ and myself rode our bikes 100 miles down to Salt Fork to write and record a song inspired by our journey. And it was really damn fun 😎

We’ll release the song soon, and Phil is making a mini documentary. Stay tuned, get out and ride your bike! Your legs can take you further than you think 🙃

I had a blast playing with @weareattaboy last night to close out there tour for their newest record. It was a real sentimental show!

Atta boy’s music is sweet, poignant, evocative and dreamy all at once. Such a vibe! Check out their music 😎

Also I’m not sure why my butt looks weirdly big in these pants 🤣

The Yoga & Climbing retreat this past weekend was a huge success!

We had so much fun exploring balance, breath, and positive mindset in our climbing.

Spacious time, two yoga classes per day, and all the beautiful NRG scenery had us all happy and smiling!

Sharing these two passions of mine is truly one of my favorite things to do. And it’s an honor working alongside incredible climbing guide Nina Kendall!

Stay tuned - we’re planning retreats in the New AND in the Red River Gorge for 2027 🙂 taken in New River Gorge, WV by @matthewderubertis

When I’m over caffeinated, I get shaky and jittery, and as a musician, that can make it a whole lot harder to play smoothly. 🎸☕️

That’s one of the reasons I love brewing my coffee with Delīon!

By blending Delīon with my coffee, I can lower the overall caffeine while still keeping the morning ritual I love!

I feel more settled, more relaxed, and ready to play without all the extra jitters!

You don’t have to give up coffee to change your relationship with caffeine 🌿

Want to lower the caffeine and enhance your morning cup? Try Delīon.
