Truly honored that my play Ghost Light won Best Production 🏆 last night at the New York Theater Festival and also Best Actor for Jackson Pavlik! Huge thanks to my phenomenal cast, the festival staff and my wonderful director, Pamela Hunt. I wrote this play as a love letter to Broadway - new and old. It was heavily inspired by my dear friend Kimothy Cruse , who was my theater guardian angel when first coming to this city and took me under his wing🪽 #theater #ghostlight #playwright #newyorktheater #nyctheater #comedy by @matthewgurren
