can you feel the heat?
150 x 45 x 70
aluminium

Warmth, once a focal point for gathering, now goes largely unnoticed and is taken for granted. Can You Feel the Heat? is an installation, a modular bench for radiators. Drawing from the social potential of warmth and the conductive properties of aluminium, it invites people to linger.

The sculpture emerged from an exploration of forest environments, rethinking the value of
leftover wood and the proportions of a hunting stand.
The material used is crown wood, which would otherwise be left in the forest or processed
into wood chips.
The construction is based on simple forest typologys, relying on triangles, cross-bracing, and
minimal joints.
To complete the cycle, the stand was returned to the forest, where the material belongs. by @matthiaskolle

esszeug—

Eating has evolved into an abstract and sometimes elitist ritual. We often no longer perceive spoons, forks, and knives as tools. esszeug— is intended to make the actual function of cutlery visible again. It consists of five Ready-Made painter knives and three modified ones (knife, fork, spoon).
The aim of the project is for people to actively engage with the tools they eat with.

Special thanks to everyone who was involved in this project.

Canopia (2025)
Aluminum & Textile

Canopia provides a shifting dappled shade, inspired by the experience of sitting beneath tree canopies.
The shade evokes a natural feeling through the association with sunlight filtering through leaves.
When sitting beneath the canopy, the sky remains visible through the mesh structure.
The mesh can be expanded or collapsed, allowing the density of the shade to be adjusted.

𝘓𝘊 - 𝘓𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘴

In the city of Vienna, around 500,000 Christmas trees wander through our living rooms every year, only to end up in piles on the streets a few days later. To address this wastage, a functional and sculptural seating group was created from Christmas trees collected on the streets. The project 𝙇𝘾 - 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨 stands for the sustainable use of our natural resources and serves as an impulse to change our consumer behavior.

Big thx to everyone involved 💚
