Most players obsess over finding the right boots, but almost nobody thinks about what’s inside them. After 10 years as a pro, I’ve learned that the right insoles can make a huge difference in comfort, stability, and how your feet feel after training. The TST tournament will go down as one of my all-time favorite footy experiences.

Getting to reunite with some of my best friends and past teammates, learning a new small sided game with different tactics, watching the girls’ side just dominate most games, and winning games in golden goal.

I am so thankful that @detroitcityfootballclub let me put on the kit again and represent the club. Truly thankful. I had an absolute blast. by @mattsheldon23

Currex insoles help me reach my true potential on the field. They stabilize and lock in my foot inside my boots and help reduce strain and fatigue from my sessions. I can’t recommend these enough! If you’re interested you can click the link in my bio to grab yourself a pair! #feelbetterperformance #currex by @mattsheldon23
