That was no walk in the park! 😂 🦽

One of the hardest physical & mental challenges to date for sure, but a weekend that we’ll remember for ages. Incredibly cool to have experienced this with my wife @rennmartin , my bro and some of my best friends. Great hangs and inspiring performances from everyone.

Grinding through hard challenges like these are such a valuable reminder of what we’re capable of, even when it seems impossible in the dark lows. The type of magic I wish upon everyone to experience.

This one meant alot. Having my crew there for support & cooking me up some grilled cheese & pizza between laps was the cherry on top. ❤️

124km and almost 3,000M of elevation on hard terrain. Definitely one of the hardest things I’ve done but also the most fun.

After writing down for over 100 days in a row “I am an Elgin 120 Buckle finisher”, I locked in my buckle finish.

I had a blast riding and pushing each other through tough sections with @martinmorais5 for part of the race. This stuff is what it’s all about for me.

Grateful for my crew’s support during training & race day. Big shoutout to the Elgin race organizers for putting on an epic event.

Just a reminder.. 🤷🏼‍♂️

1• Nobody’s got it as figuered out as it seems, we’re all figuring shit out as we go. I fail at trying to be the best dad, husband, “athlete” & entrepreneur, daily. Try, fail, learn, try again.

2• Don’t wait for the weekend or vacation to do fun shit. This was on a random Wednesday. Small local adventures are underrated. You can hype up any outing as a cool adventure.

3• Your health, family, friends and your experiences with them are all that really matter in the end.

4• You’re the master of your life. If you don’t like something, change it or don’t complain about it. Most of all stop giving a fuck about what people think.

5• Don’t take yourself so seriously, go ride your bike and hang out with the people you love. by @mattt.be
