“When I don’t know who I am, I serve you. When I know who I am, I am you.” — Hanuman to Rama (as shared by @babaramdass ) This is what service means to me. It is a devotional act. Not a transaction. Not a performance. Where I connect with my heart and serve from this place. From here I get to meet you exactly where you are — in full service to you, holding the highest vision of who you truly are. In doing so, I too arrive at my wholeness. My highest Self. ❤️🙏 Services. — Single Sessions & Packages Personal Guidance & Support — Mindset, conscious communication, awareness, and integration work tailored to your unique path. Couples & Relationship Support — A safe, held space to deepen connection, navigate challenges, and grow together. Plant Medicine Ceremonies — Sacred facilitation with Cacao, Hapé, and Psilocyb!n, held with reverence and care. Kundalini & Energy Work — Activating and balancing your vital life force through Tao Hands and Reiki-attuned energy work. Body Work — Deep somatic release and grounding through Zapotec Core Massage. Breathwork — Solo and group sessions harnessing the breath as a portal to healing and expansion. DJ Services & Lessons — Curated music for conscious events, ceremonies, and support to those ready to learn the craft. Gardening & Land Connection — Tending the earth as medicine. Tao Blessings & Energetic Transmissions — Direct transmissions of healing light and divine frequency for your greatest and highest good. To explore what’s right for you — reach out directly and let’s book a connection call. It is an honour to serve. Thank you for your trust and support. Matty 🙏❤️ by @mattyryce

We have crossed the threshold of the Equinox, and now move toward the New Moon in Libra inviting us into deeper balance — light-dark, self-other, feminine-masculine. And on that — a call for justice, equality, and perhaps … a reckoning. Whatever it may be, whatever lies deep within, this ceremony is here to support you. To breathe in. To release. To balance. To harmonize. You are loved, welcome, and held — with whatever you are breathing in under this New Moon. LiB to join. Doors open at 7:15pm. Hansa Wellness. South Kingsway Toronto. @hansawellness Come Breathe. Together. 🌬️❤️🙏 #breathe #healing #together taken in Toronto, Ontario by @mattyryce

This is not your regular breathwork. We go deep. Deep into the self, into the breath, into life and our connection to it. Connection to the Earth — how She loves and holds us. Connection to the Body — the vessel for our spirit… our Home. Connection to the Heart — our message center for Truth … for love, compassion and forgiveness. Connection to the Great Mystery — our belonging to and support by Spirit/Universe/Creator/the Ancestors/the Unseen. An inspired evocative musical score helps to move the energy through each individual as well as the group container. In addition to the sound, my job is to cultivate a space conducive to the feeling of safety, support and love — so that this depth of surrender is possible. As the real magic happens in this state of surrender and receptivity. It has been an honour to guide in this way. This footage is from the Breathe ceremony at @sonicspringsfestival , where 45 beautiful souls showed up for themselves on Sunday morning (even after the all-night party!). It was such a powerful experience, with a palpable catharsis as the rains came to soften and cleanse. I felt so held by the lands, fully supported by Spirit, and have been riding this galvanizing wave ever since as I have felt my medicine deepen. If you’re ready to experience it for yourself … Upcoming Breathe ceremonies: - Friday, October 9th in Toronto at @hansawellness - Saturday, October 24h in Montreal at @pleinsoleil.club L!nk !n B!0 to join. #togetherwerise #breathwork #healing Thank you to @emsembodied for the capture 🎥📸 by @mattyryce

Ready to feel the quiet space within ...and allow yourself to breathe and be. Ready to remember your true nature ... and value the gift of who you truly are. Ready to open the doorway of your heart .. and touch the Numinous in you. There is a knowing space and a pure place in each of us that is full, intact and whole ... untouched by any force outside ourself. A core consciousnness and truth beyond all of creation. A place that only opens when we stop all the ways to get to it.... when we finally allow ourselves to experience the warmth of the flame lit in the Soul of our Presence. Let us enter the Numinous together and recognise who we have always been. On Friday, October 16th at 7 PM ET we gather for an evening of magic at Hansa Wellness in Toronto. KA’ryna will serve as a catalyst and cultivator of that which flows through the conduit. Purifying and aligning the divine fields of consciousness moving through. As a Guardian & Gatekeeper she will offer sacred sound, spoken transmissions, soothing and calming Heart-Coherence healing, and Primordial Presence and Prannic Lifeforce Emanantions — to gift each guest the opportunity to deepen into the expanse of their own Numinous Nature and Being. Matty holds the structure, frequency and groundedness for the divine flow to emmanate and move. He will be inviting the container into presence and depth through simply BEing as well as a breathwork sequence to get out of the mind and into deeper connection with the body and heart. I have been serving this beautiful heart-opening elixir because of its wondrous effect combined with my teaching of the Universal Law of Shen-Qi-Jing - whereby the heart is the gateway/portal in which we receive the highest truth and infinite wisdom from our Soul (a fractal of the infinite Universe). Thus, having the heart open allows us to be able to access this higher information. *SEE ADD-ONS for other plant options. Have you been hearing the call? A quiet whisper, an inner knowing … perhaps it’s more of an uncomfortable shouting. Whatever it may be … there’s been a stirring, an internal conversation — something that is asking for your presence and attention. I am here to help you have this deeper discussion with yourself and with your soul. On Saturday, October 3rd, at Hansa Wellness, we will be entering into the Great Unknown through ceremony with plant medicine to have those intimate conversations within. To open up and receive the messages and truths that you haven’t been able to fully hear. Join this sacred container of fellow aligned souls to go deep. Are you ready? *see the L!NK !N B!0 to begin the Journey (Info & intake form) Book a connection call if you need more information to figure out if this is for you at this time. Thank you, I look forward to walking with you on your Journey. In love & service Matty 🍄🙏❤️ taken in Toronto, Ontario by @mattyryce
