When Ashley first trained with me, strength training was new territory for her. She’d done yoga and Pilates, but lifting weights, conditioning, and discovering what her body was capable of was a different experience. What I love about hearing her talk about it now isn’t just that she got stronger. It’s that the experience changed her relationship with her body and with fitness. That’s always been the bigger goal for me. Not just getting people through workouts. Helping them build strength, confidence, and enough trust in themselves that movement becomes something they can carry forward. Ashley, thank you for trusting me to be part of that chapter of your journey. ❤️ SoulFit Tribe is beginning a new phase, and I’m opening up a complimentary week for anyone who’s been curious about joining us. DM me SOULFIT and I’ll get you set up. #SoulFitTribe #FitnessOver40 #FunctionalFitness #StrengthAndMobility #OnlineFitnessCoaching
