Wuxi World Champs 🫡

A R16 Finish wasn’t the plan however grateful I had the opportunity to test myself against the best in the world!

To be able to reflect and notice some improvement is a privilege I am very thankful for. Zooming out and moving forward all I can think of is bettering myself for the 2027 World Champs 🇰🇿 I will be there & I will win.

I have loved every bit of this worlds. Getting around the team each day, getting to witness @gabyblewitt have her moment, and the many random side quests 🤝

I can never say enough how grateful I am for the people supporting me. My team in melb, my family back home I love you all ❤️

Indonesian Open 🥇

After a rough couple of weeks in Korea not performing to a standard I am proud of, it was nice to find some rhythm and make it to the podium.

The team has been incredible this trip! @tkd_hun you are the best of the best, thank you so much ❤️

Paris GP.

To be completely honest that’s not how I planned on my day going. To fight so well in the first round then have the fight flipped on its head is something that will sting for a long while. I have dreamt of competing in a Grand Prix since I first began fighting so I am grateful to have checked that off the list however I am not content with just showing up. Next time I hope I can be better.

@tkd_hun thank you for taking your time with me. I have a lot to learn and with you in my corner I know I can.

The training block we had leading into this comp is potentially one of the best i’ve ever had. Building strength for 68s with @yos_snc crazy assault bike sessions with @ryancarneli & @tkd_hun as well as their expertise in technical training @miju1454 your hip control work has done numbers for me and little the pockets of joy with my team @heart.taekwondo kept me loving it all ❤️

@willafonczenko thank you for your guidance, we will get there brother 🤝

After a tough day at comp it was beautiful to be able to sit back and spend some time with teammates. You guys are incredible, we will go so far. Thank you for the wholesome family meals :)

I know i’ve made a bit of a deal about this gp but that’s because it matters so much to me. Be back soon 🤞

Thank you to everybody supporting me. It is my fuel ❤️ taken in Paris, France by @mattysummerfield
