This week we kicked off the Together We Heal Summer Program at Thurgood Marshall HS! ✨ Students immersed themselves in healing arts like hip hop dance, thrifting/upcycling, & capoeira. They also came together to explore strategies for improving mental health, cultivating leadership, and improving their communication skills.

Stay tuned to witness their journey unfold. Together, we're empowering a generation of leaders, healers, and change-makers. ❤️ #TogetherWeHeal #TWHummerProgram #max415 #sanfrancisco #youthempowerement #healing taken in Thurgood Marshall Academic High School by @max415sf

The South End Rowing Club (SERC) has positively encouraged our community's relationship with water and exercise overall. SERC's unwavering support and partnership has given MAX_415 the courage to face a challenge that was otherwise inconceivable. MAX's upcoming Alcatraz swim symbolizes rebirth, mental shift, and ultimately freedom.
