ICU for my soul.
This is exactly what I needed and always receive whenever I visit my very dearest spirit friend.

After my last post I took your comments to heart and made the decision to take a well needed break.

Four blissful days in the Hemel & Aarde Valley at @maxagarden and James's place.

Soaking up nature. Staring into the distance of this special landscape. Observing all the details in her exquisite garden.

Sleeping
Eating (especially the cake!)
Laughing
Talking
Sitting in silence
Sleeping
Eating (did I mention the cake from @tessas_bakery 😋)

I feel recharged on so many levels.
Really grateful for our friendship and our ancient connection 🙏🤍

Thank you for filling my cup and for making me feel super special Max.
