This is exactly what I needed and always receive whenever I visit my very dearest spirit friend.

After my last post I took your comments to heart and made the decision to take a well needed break.

Four blissful days in the Hemel & Aarde Valley at @maxagarden and James's place.

Soaking up nature. Staring into the distance of this special landscape. Observing all the details in her exquisite garden.

Talking
Sitting in silence
Sleeping

I feel recharged on so many levels.
Really grateful for our friendship and our ancient connection 🙏🤍
