Hi everyone! I’m Maxi, the founder, director, booker and scout behind KOSS Management (@kossmgmt)

I’ve loved fashion for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been fascinated by photography, by the stories behind every face, and by that special feeling of discovering someone who has something different.

For many years, having my own agency was just a dream. Something I imagined, planned, talked about… and honestly, sometimes wondered if I would ever make real.

And now, KOSS is finally here.
That means more to me than I can probably put into words.

What I’m most excited about is discovering fresh faces, helping them grow within the fashion industry and building genuine relationships with the models I work with. I want them to feel comfortable, heard and, most importantly, that they belong.

I hope KOSS can become a place where people discover not only new opportunities, but also a little bit more of themselves along the way.

So, if you’re a new face with a dream, maybe our paths will cross someday.
