INDIVIDUAL.
AUTHENTIC.
POTENTIAL.

KOSS MGMT is a boutique mother agency dedicated to discovering, developing and representing distinctive models worldwide.

We believe the most memorable careers are built on individuality, authenticity and presence — not on a single definition of beauty.

We look for faces with character.
People with something of their own.
Potential that deserves to be seen.

Rather than building a large board, we choose to work selectively, giving each talent the attention, guidance and development they deserve.

Through thoughtful development, portfolio building, test shoots and our international network, we create meaningful connections between talent and the right opportunities.

We believe in building careers, not simply finding faces.

We see potential before it becomes visible.
