Last week marked five years of camp.

It’s hard to put into words what this week has become and how much it means to me. What started as an idea to give back to the community I grew up in has turned into something bigger than I ever could have imagined.

None of it happens without my family. They’ve believed in every crazy idea and every dream I’ve had from the beginning, and somehow always find a way to help bring them to life. I’m incredibly lucky to have them by my side through all of this.

And to everyone who has supported me and this camp over the last five years. THANK YOU. To our campers, families, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, teammates, friends, and this entire community, you’ve embraced this week and made it what it is.

This will always be home. Being able to come back every summer, spend a week with all of you, and give back to the place that gave so much to me is something I’ll never take for granted.

Five years went by pretty fast. I’m just really grateful we get to keep doing this 💚

Year 2 in Cleveland 💚

We’re so grateful to be able to bring this camp back to a community that has welcomed us with open arms since day one. Cleveland has become such a special place to us, and getting to spend another day in the gym with these campers, families, coaches and volunteers is something we’ll never take for granted.

A huge thank you to all of our sponsors who helped make Year 2 possible, especially @jolenescle and @corneralley for continuing to show up and support what we’re building here.

Cleveland, thank you for another incredible year. Already looking forward to seeing all of you next year. by @maxstruscamps

Some of the most important lessons happen off the court. Yesterday, we teamed up with @happinessproject to remind every camper how much mental health matters.
