Father & Son physique 🤘🏻 (sponsors were waiting ⏰ 😂 )

I remember crying to this guy at the beginning of my college baseball career about how I was sick of being small and being treated as such. His response, “well I’ll see you at 5 am tomorrow then”
Didn’t know that would transform into finding a common passion for the gym, being partners in owning a gym, and then now competing alongside each other to show off the years of consistency. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. No better feeling than coming off stage with my best friend and have all the other competitors give us a fist bump saying how cool it is that I’m lucky enough to do this alongside the guy who raised me to be who I am today. Coolest thing ever and coolest dad ever.
Again huge shout out to @musclecontest and @p_finesse for giving us the moment to stand up there together. Something I cannot wait to show my future kids and his future grandkids 🙌🏻

Big phat dumpin’ all over this past weekend at my first show after a couple years away 💪🏻🕺🏻

Best package yet so we keep going ⚡️

My drop dead gorgeous wife always supporting me through it all! I am nothing without the woman by my side ❤️ she did her own little silent prep with me and could’ve hopped on stage right then and stole the show 🥇

My first prep with my guy @djpure and nothing short of quality execution and professionalism ⚡️ lives the lifestyle, is no BS, and never have had so much fun in a prep. Truly shows why he’s the best mens physique coach in the business and I’m beyond excited to see our progression together 🫡

Last prep peak week ➡️ only a few weeks into this years prep

Took some very necessary time off of stage (1.5 years) to grow, reset and put some focus on life outside of prepping like getting married to my smoking hot wife @kailee.weinstein . Looking back I can say I was just overdoing it and it led to my body reflecting that. Tired, injured, stressed, inflamed, you name it.
I’m excited to get back into my groove but just have a lot more fun doing it. My coach @djpure and I have spent a solid amount of time slowly putting on some much needed tissue and fully putting my trust in him to peel back these layers and show off the hard work.
