When was the last time you lost track of time… in a good way? ✨

Not on your phone.
Not at a bar.
In your body.

Here's something most people don't know:
Ecstatic dance has no steps to learn. No partners required. No talking on the dance floor.

Just music, movement, and permission to be yourself.

At our last gathering, we watched it happen.
Strangers arrived quiet. A little unsure.
By the end of the night, the whole room was moving as one. 🌊

On November 15, we're doing it again.

RESONANCE ft. HABITAAT

1️⃣ Leave expectations at the door. There's no right way to move.
2️⃣ Put the phone away. Presence is the point.
3️⃣ Let the music lead. Slow is just as welcome as wild.

WILMINGTON. When was the last time you danced without holding back? 🔥

No pressure to look a certain way.
Just you. The music. And room to move.

At our last gathering, stillness turned into movement.
And a room full of people found a shared rhythm.

November 15, we’re doing it AGAIN.

✨ Thank You for an Unforgettable Evening ✨

Our hearts are full of gratitude as we reflect on the Immersive Music Experience featuring @mosemusica on May 3rd.

Some nights pass.
Some nights stay with you.

This is one of those nights.

A space to arrive.
To release.
To move.
To become.

Tickets are going.
Don’t be the one hearing about it after.
Link in bio Or
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/immersive-music-experience-featuring-mose-tickets-1985551754748

We begin by arriving—
Stepping into a curated lounge with our sponsor @dwalchemists sipping slowly, connecting, settling into their ceremonial cacao and whimsical elixirs.

🧘‍♀️ We ground into the body through Yoga with @littler0se_
🔔 Drop into stillness through an immersive sound bath with Travis Mickel @tlmickel and Will Maxwell @maxwellfiddle
🎶 And begin to move with an intentional opening set by Makara @maxwellfiddle & @panarobread

Layer by layer…
you soften, open, and come back to yourself.

So when @mosemusica takes the stage,
you’re not just watching—
you’re fully in it.

Join the movement.
A conscious dance revolution.
Where the dance floor is a temple
and music is medicine.
